SERVICES PROVIDED
Here at Essential Living, LLC we offer the following services to help manage many different diseases (chronic kidney disease, GI issues, diabetes, etc.), provide weight loss counseling, help manage food allergies, and also provide assistance with sports nutrition.
A new law called the No Surprises Act requires providers to give clients a "good faith estimate" of the expected cost of treatment. This can vary greatly dependent upon a client's needs and medical diagnosis. A client can opt for as few or as many visits as desired. Visits are charged separately, not as a package price. Self-pay clients will be charged $150 per hour of service.
INITIAL NUTRITION ASSESSMENT
1 hour
During this session, we will figure out your nutrition/health goals and strategies to achieve these goals.
FOLLOW-UP ASSESSMENT
30-45 minutes
During these sessions, we will review the goals set in the previous sessions and either set new goals or keep working toward the goals previously set.
DIETITIAN IN YOUR KITCHEN
1hour and 30 minutes
This is a unique experience where the Dietitian will come to your home/kitchen/pantry and review some of your favorite food items with you. This will allow us to have a discussion about your food habits and if there are things you feel need to change within your diet/habits.
